Seriously. If I could pay just for HBO Go, or pay-per-episode for GoT, I would absolutely do that.

You need to forget those people and find new people.

I clicked before fully considering the consequences of my actions.

1. Done, more or less.

Maybe it's just me, but I thought the camerawork was so busy this week that I never really got a feel for the totality of some of the routines.

I spent longer than should have been necessary trying to figure out what "and my heart sinksit's" meant.

Wow, I had no idea it made it beyond two or three seasons. I'll have to check out the later episodes (or are they rubbish?).

You know, I love a lot of what Warren Ellis has done (and his gift for dialogue and timing is well-suited to TV/film), but a lot of it is so heavily about the ideas he's presenting, I'm not sure it'd be easy to translate much of it to TV. Transmet would be great (though it would either have SyFy-level effects or a

Oh man, I totally forgot about Hustle!

Yeah, I know about Thief (and mentioned it in another comment, below). I should've specified a currently-airing (or at least more recent than six years ago) show.

I'd actually be really interested in a straight-drama heist show. White Collar and Leverage are fun, popcorn TV, but I can't think of a show starring thieves that has the tone of an AMC series. (If you know of one, please let me know; my torrents are sitting idle.)

FX had a thematically-similar show a few years ago starring Andre Braugher, called Thief. I remember enjoying it, though finding that it didn't completely live up to its promise. Still, after the twofold disappointment of The Killing and The Walking Dead, I expect you'll end up being correct in your skepticism.

@drdarke:disqus - I think that's a fair criticism, but isn't Bourdain (whom I actually love) guilty of exactly that kind of selective ignorance? He doesn't actually have a problem with vegetarians—he has a problem with shitty food and smug, judgmental assholes that happen to be vegetarians. Isn't grouping all

Really, you've never seen a vegetarian make the "ewwww, grosssssss" face while watching someone eating a meat?  Vegetarians feel superior, no question.
