It didn’t take me out of the moment any more than the big circling Whedon Special shot of the original group in Avs 1. That’s purely a YMMV thing.

I thought Bucky should’ve come out running past T’Challa and company, right up to Steve:
To be fair, the kid literally just came back from being vanished out of existence and is in the middle of an even bigger fight. I didn’t mind him being skeptical of the glowy lady who just showed up.
So I just watched Arrow. At some point Lyla gets back into ARGUS and sets something up for Oliver and that crew, so maybe Cisco was lucky enough to reach her while she was there?
“I’ve always been the hero.”
I did admire the Monitor’s restraint in letting Lex lie to himself just a little more for the greater good.
I don’t think this show knows what to do with journalists if they’re not named Kara.
I have to agree with mrrpmrrpmrrpmrrp downthread. Kate’s last message to Bruce this week should’ve been a bit more succinct:
There wasn’t an explanation, but since “word travels fast” as he explains later, it’s easy to believe that he thought using his ship would just draw attention to himself that much faster.
I mean, if she’s writing a column it’d be one thing but who’s actually writing the news story about the Crisis? For once Supergirl wasn’t the worst portrayal of journalism in these shows for a week.
I liked the Allegra/Nash pairing and all but ... does she remind anybody else of Kennedy from the last season of Buffy a little bit?
... Still not seeing the downside!
Good point! Though I can see that falling under the same concern on her part.
“NOW do you see why the place is Luthor-proof?” - Clark
And Constantine’s band can play on the weekends!
What currently makes Sophie unlikable is her marriage to a guy while seemingly mooning over Kate.
A Life Day reference means you have to take a shot. That’s a rule I just made up.
Overall I think I liked the episode a little better than Scott, but maaan as fridgings go the one for Gypsy here is the biggest I can recall in recent memory.
After these last two appearances I’d like to see Norvok stick around whatever’s left of the ‘verse after the Crisis. Like, make him a shift lead at Jitters or something.
Even if you can’t relive the first moment, there’s still plenty of high marks along the way. I’ll never forget the cheers when I watched Infinity War in Manhattan for not only Thor’s arrival in Wakanda, but Steve Roger’s shadow in the train station.
I thought it was obvious that it was the ghost of the heart donor— OUT FOR REVENGE. He forces Emilia to murder the members of a rival crime syndicate.
