Oh man I loved me some Tag: The Power of Paint! Glad someone else remembers it. i also think it was a much better game attempt than Narbacular Drop.

errrr.... i dont really know which is worse between those. like i said there are many factors. i just named a few. i would agree magazines are worse for your eyes than normal paper though.
fatigue is not damage. you said damage then when i proved damage to be true you changed to permanent damage. my position remained unchanged. i never thought for a second about permanent damage since i just assumed it was common knowledge how resilient eyes. thats not backpeddling; thats assuming your understanding of…
i didnt say it stopped eyestrain. in fact the very sentence you quoted makes that clear. o_O
you didnt say "permanent" eye damage in you argument. there is a world of difference between damage and permanent damage. permanent damage of any kind is relatively rare. even something irreplaceable, for instance a tooth, often has some mechanism by which to repair itself. the human is very resilient. anyone whos…
jesus fucking christ *grumbles in an annoyed way*
i think you accidentally responded to the wrong person ;)
well i think the problem is less that Nintendo (or other companies for that matter) are baffled what to do with the second screen. i think its the second screen and large controller, while great for certain kinds of games, cant add anything significant to most kinds of games.
they did something similar for the 3DS (having games that didnt use 3D at all and making the 2DS). the original DS even had games that only used a single screen (i dont know about the 3DS though).
actually that is very disingenuous. you can divide hardware into generations based on a number of factors. one being time (which up until recently was the standard in numbering videogame systems). most of these generations were decided after the fact as a better way to discuss gaming history BTW.
misleading title.
are you from Georgia and just taking offense? or is this a legitimate question?
hate to be that guy but Dark Souls is a spiritual successor to King's Field which was doing the learn enemies movements to strike thing before Zelda. Dark Souls didnt borrow from Zelda. it borrowed from it's previous game series (King's Field). technically Zelda came first in terms of games but the 2d versions have…
actually being blocky isnt the entire point of the game. Notch did hire another artist to make the game less blocky but then fired him (or maybe he quit?) so it never happened. some of his models are still actually in the game itself but are no longer used IIRC.
i have never understood this mentality. so what if a newer better pc comes out in another year? you dont need it to play games well. its the same thing with phones. if you constantly upgrade to the newest phone you are a sucker. a pc is capable of lasting 5-7 years. ive had multiple PCs that ive gotten at least 5…
forget League of Legends! anti-porn filters! that is the scariest thing ive read all day!
a society's standard of beauty has always been determined by economic status. when people have money they can afford to look a certain way. in your example lumps and bumps are things that can be altered (either through surgery, make up, or special photography) which normal people cannot afford. the most common example…
you are aware white males arent the privileged group in JAPAN. whites are a minority there and have to deal with things like racism and discrimination. its not too dissimilar from how an asian person may deal with racism and discrimination from whites in america. neither are right. but case in point this cannot be…
oh yeah? tell me all these commercials with racist asian stereotypes over the past few years and i may start to agree with you.
to be fair it was blackface. in fact the link you provided even mentions it. there are degrees of blackface and obviously something like that could be a little different than something like this in the article. not because one is black and one is white. its because of intentions and stereotyping or lack thereof. i…
