Miiverse and Gamepad support are done through the OS. all Wii U games do that. its kinda like how extra features in Steam are done through Steam and not the games themselves.

to be fair, there was a PS2 memory card adapter back when the PS3 had PS2 compatibility. im sure you can still find some somewhere.

there have been two legally sold Giana Sisters since then. one was even on the DS which was a Nintendo console. but the first poster is right. Giana Sisters did this idea first. albeit it was a little more nuanced than this but it was the same idea.

i agree. they dont look cel shaded. they just look like weird lego people now. the cel shading added a lot of the games charm. the game may have been empty as hell, but at least it had a great art style.
