No putting him in bad light would have him fart constantly or be a jerk. This is simply feeding into long standing sterotypes that lead to further stigmatization. People with mental illness are far more likely to suffer abuse and violence from others, not other way around.
Its a movie that plays into old harmful stereotypes about people with mental illness being dangerous? Him becoming a super villain with powers doesn’t really make it any better?
