I’m just confused about their comparison. The ratings system at the times these movies came out aside, unless The Hustle is a shot-for-shot remake of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels using the exact same dialog, Ratings aren’t based on the plots of movies but their content. I’m just going to hazard a guess that the content…
