Sad that this makes it sound like T-Mobile still won't get the iPhone. I have every reason to like T-Mobile but for the fact that they still don't carry it. I have to think that they would benefit from the iPhone far more than Sprint ever did or could have. It may be totally carrier-ist of me to say this, but I

Or follow Englands lead and allow guns, but require them to be stored when not in use at the local Police station.

Probably my grandfathers hand drill. It has to be 80 years old now, but still is super smooth and clean. Using it can be much nicer than using a power drill, especially for small woodworking projects. But I probably only use this every 5-6 months.

I have a MBP with Retina and get no better than 3 hours. No clue how you guys achieved 8. Crazy talk.

It's also why I don't solely rely on a GPS and still carry my quad maps around ;-)

Pure water is one thing you don't want to find yourself without. I used a steripen for a couple years and had numbers of trips where either the battery died or I would keep getting errors. When it comes to my health, something tried and tested (standard charcoal water pump) trumps tech and a couple ounces saved.

Brent, I haven't always seen eye to eye with you on things. But this post levels it up and I almost completely agree with you. I would like to mention (only because I just discovered it a couple days ago) that GoLite is now selling their stuff direct to customers at a substantial savings - I would highly recommend

We have a very large dog door that I can get through. It also means we have a very large dog. Means easy access for me, but not for anyone else. Far quicker than bumping a lock ;-)

I have a T1i, and this certainly hasn't got me itching to trade up yet. But then again, I shot with a Minolta SLR for almost twenty years before I got the T1i, so I'm not really the camera-upgrading type. The EOS M, however, that has me thinking about a new body, but even then I'll probably wait for gen. 2 (and hope

I can't believe that this even needed to be written. Tech geek women are the most awesome of all tech geeks (okay, tech geek women who can play guitar and belt out lyrics are THE most awesome of all tech geeks). Snark isn't needed.

How very crocodile dundee of him.

That'd be great, thanks Henry. I assume all are lithium ion, so they *should* hold a charge pretty well.

What about battery life? I'd be curious to know how long each lasted under load, and how well the batteries held their charge while sitting idly in the drawer. It sucks to need to get the drill, only to realize the battery drained while it was sitting there.

Any idea if Burton licensed BOA's quick-lace, dial actuated system (http://www.boatechnology.com), or went in on it on their own? If they are on their own, personally I'd stay away from the first model year - BOA spent a few years refining their system and it is only just getting to the point of being truly usable

Just because...One could argue that the Apple Newton was the first tablet computer. But it wasn't. Nor was the "tablet PC" released by Microsoft in 2002.

Funny, NASA is showing NBC how to live stream an event....

Also in the news, AT&T plans to complete nationwide 2G roll-out by Q1 2017, finally eliminating frequent call "dropping" the nation over.

Boo, hiss! I've been a commenter for years and just never got inclined to upload a pic. I was starred for 2+ years and felt less reason to worry about a pic. Now I have to actually decide on some visual representation of myself? The choices...bah! ;-)

Now this beats the pants off the one you reviewed yesterday from Snow Peak. Maybe you could just go back and delete that post entirely, forwarding any redirects to this page?
