If Apple, or some reliable 3rd part, can come up with a useful thunderbolt breakout box which supports PCI cards, etc, then there is little need for a full blown Mac Pro tower. However, not having a tower, or some truly expandable system, is a sad and sorry place for Apple to put themselves in, a company which larger

So...you think that we are getting collectively smarter, huh? Alas, I see no evidence to support this.

Ummm....

Yes, but in 100 years, take a guess which one is still going to be holding it's value.

Yes, well, about that, ummmm....hmmm. If you could just move along, there's nothing to see here...

I'm deeply confused. On March 4, when Adrian wrote an article about it, he called it a Koloro-Desk ([gizmodo.com]). What gives?

Can we get a list of all the things left on the moons surface? Seems like there is some pretty cool stuff up there for someone with a little extra luggage space on the return home to grab.

Yes. Unless you get a new phone or device which has LTE (even if you don't plan to utilize it).

Maybe this is why Apple thinks it can ditch the ethernet port on its upcoming MacBook Pro's?

Mat, the Nokia N73 was better than the T68i. Not knocking the T68i - I had one too, and it was what solidified my belief that it was worth the money to buy an unlocked phone from Europe rather than mess around with the rather worthless offerings of the US carriers. But the N73 trumped the T68 in almost every way,

I'm really most confused about the 11 grams of pot. When your smuggling a bunch of serious drugs, why shove in a bit more than a quarters worth of pot? That seems like wasted space.

Thanks for the link. All my purchasing is for business so, despite being expensive, $299 can be squeezed into my budget, but ten thunderbolt displays can't. We'll see if Belkin has it's shit together soon enough I guess.

I guess if it does come to be that it is a push for people to purchase thunderbolt displays which come with the gigabit ethernet built in, along with Firewire 800. Allows them to kill "unnecessary" ports by offering them a $1000 display/adaptor. Maybe they'll come out with a thunderbolt - Ethernet plug, but at the

I'm all for SSDs. All for Retina displays. All for no optical drives. All for Thunderbolt.

It's small....you could easily hide it, somewhere!

Not a discrete Vaporizer really...as soon as you have a tube coming out of the top, you lose that "discrete" thing. Uncrate has a pretty interesting one right now - the StealthVape [www.stealthvape.com] - which is a lot more discrete.

Still doesn't amount to a savings. You could flip the printer on ebay or craigslist for $20 every time the ink ran out...

You can have software devices to, ya know.

Sadly, it's become cheaper to replace the printer than the ink.
