one of the friends I was watching with

Sorry to be pedantic but the gear in question is the timing chain idle gear on the M273 V8's. The failing balance shaft gear is on the M272 V6. Granted, MB cheaped out on both and leads to the same problem.

Back in December, Buick filed for patents for the names Tourx and Regal Tourx. That sounds promising, but automakers have been known to filed for patents for potential model names and never brought those vehicles to market.

After the first two seasons or so, when it stopped trying to be a direct copy of UK Top Gear, it really started getting good. I’m really looking forward to this new season.

I realize in the context of an article about cars this is a bit pedantic, but Buick filed for two trademark applications, not patent applications. Those are two very different things.

Actually 612 hp if you include the bonkers 997 GT2 RS

Very cool video... although that’s not 4K, the highest option on youtube is 1080p

I’ve got two, the 458 and the current gen Viper. The front of the 458 is just plane awful and the Viper looks like an oversized clown shoe.

Same here... I’ve had nothing but problems when the USPS delivers a prime package. My orders get mostly evenly delivered by UPS, FedEx and the USPS, but the USPS nearly always sucks. Numerous times the package is marked as delivered on the tracking but not delivered until hours later. Once it even didn’t get delivered

I never would have expected that kind of sound out of a Colorado... that was amazing. I totally forgot GM put inline-5’s in them.

I hate to be overly pedantic, but the application was not filed on June 25, 2015 (as stated in the article), that is the publication date. The original parent application was filed on November 21, 2013.

The more I look at those headlights, the more I keep seeing this....

The wrongness of this makes my brain hurt.

This makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

To be fair, the question is asking which base engine is secretly awesome... the LT1 is openly awesome.

Except neither the 599 nor the 550 you pictured has a dog leg.....

From Bimmerpost... it looks like it doesn't even open as a hood, it just gets placed down on the front of the car (not surprising given this is just a concept)

The fully blacked out PPV Tahoes look like a straight up evil Decepticon waiting to transform

Pshhhh not even a Denali? Plebs.

Let’s not forget these are the people that offered the 320i and 328i with the same 2.0 turbo (N20), just with a different tune
