I had completely and utterly forgotten about that car. My sister even had one, complete with the automatic seat belts. A car so far from the future it got erased from my memory, like some sort of bad Dr Who episode.

Volvo used to have a separate fresh air vent to blend in cool fresh air. Being able to blast a little bit in your face on long drives was one of best things about these cars.

What purpose does the frame behind the front window serve? In the original it seems to hold the wind and act as support for it. I this design is only ACTS like it is serving a purpose. Kinda like fake plastic “guards” and “ Skid Plates” on modern SUV’s. I wonder if this Tie fighter is actually made of cheap plastic…
