That metallic red made me think immediately of the Nissan Juke.

Couldn’t they have picked a red for the dash that MATCHED the exterior red. Too different reds looks terrible. At the least they should have just made it a complimentary colour.

OK maybe I was a bit hasty, sorry. My car actually lives in a garage at night and I hide it inside a shop when I can. I still wear a toque after I use the command start for 15 minutes though.

I know someone at a museum that BUILT a water pump. Cast it and machined it, looked like the original part including part number. Now THAT’s built, not bought. The rest of us are just schmucks.

I think the problem is that these large grilles almost always look like cheap costume jewelry. It looks like a big piece of plastic spray painted with fake chrome. It just reminds me of a big fake tiara a toddler would wear.
