He already looks like a cartoon character. His barely-there neck is as wide as his earlobes. His fingers appear half as long as those of Trump. How/why does his whole face and body look like that?? You’d need no makeup or CGI to turn him into an actual villain. He’s already almost a caricature of one.

Evil Dead Rise was as close to the perfect Horror Comedy balance as we’ve gotten since ED2. I think it could have used a little more goofiness but, as a whole, it pretty much nailed the recipe. The scares were dark and mean but just over the edge of absurdity where everything has a comedic edge and nothing is taken…
