I’ll grind my axe—a ‘69 Charger:

Get an Audi R8. I found a few on Autotempest in your $50,000 range, and they’re actually less expensive when they have an automa— ahem... DCT. Two pedals, either way. It’s daily-driver ready, special, still mid-engine, still reliable, and still more fun than replying to your Pro Life cousin on Facebook by commenting,

Body shop be like: that's 30k of damage, see the bumper had to be replaced (10k), and we painted the fender.

This is a great take from… 2004.

Where do I vote?

Decided she no longer preferred the P.

The used car market has gotten so weird these days.

Must.. refrain... from... tasteless jokes....

Free car. Needs slight body work.

Still a better used car choice than an out-of-warranty BMW with more than 6 cylinders

Gives “Free Willy” a difference perspective.

was it in front of Monster Joe’s Truck and Tow?

Stop complaining and get your bootstraps ya socialist crybaby!”

Waiter.....there’s seem to be some David Tracy in my Mercedes.......

I saw the title and was expecting a DT article.

Not only that, but I’ve seen tires far older than didn’t have nearly as much visible cracking & dry rot.

I am absolutely floored that the tires are only 6 years old. I would’ve expected at least double that based on the condition of the rest of the car.

Wow, is that really all that $900 gets you? A caravan with one foot in the grave? The market is ridiculous right now.

I had to check to make sure it was Jalopnik after reading, such was the excellence! It’s refreshing to hear someone unashamedly praise Cadillac to this degree, the shame lies in the fact they have perfected the ICE sports sedan (styling disregarded) right at its obsolescence. These are going to be very special cars

Excellent review! I miss the insight and passion not found in a lot of car reviews of late. This felt like I was reading AutoWeek again, *sniff*
