This is exactly what I did. I skipped breakfast often; if I was hydrated (and I kept very well hydrated) I wasn’t hungry in the morning. Generally a powerbar or equivalent was enough for the morning if i did get peckish, but these days I’ll do that or an egg on some of last night’s veg.

I have that too; carbs just beget more carbs for me, once i start i go crazy for them. If I stay away, I can usually keep them away for a while.
