I think what I'm mostly taking from this is that there's a real person named Iris Bjork Johannesdottir, which sounds like a name someone makes up in a romcom when they've just lied about having a girlfriend, who, for some reason, is from Iceland. Isn't he lovely? I just adore his compassion to both pets and their people. He manages to be calm with owners who are being mean/harmful to their cats which means that he actually gets his message across - I would just end up yelling at them.
