Yesterday I was listening to Trevor Noah talk about how satire in the US was protected as long as it was clearly satire. I’m not sure I can tell the difference between satire and this reality anymore.

I honestly did not. I mean, I knew it would be bad, really really bad, but this is even worse than I expected. Please note that everyone around me told me I was grossly exaggerating how bad things would get. And this is worse than my gross exaggeration.

When I first read the headline I winced, thinking she was uncharacteristically whining. When I read the article, however, I realized what she was doing: figuring out what went wrong in order to help the next Democrat get elected.

Dear Republicans: I think we’d all prefer to see fewer abortions. Do you know what prevents abortions? Sex ed and birth control. Who provides these things? Planned Parenthood.
