@Torokun: I'm pretty sure that's actually Gohma, a la Ocarina.

No Wavebird or SNES I can understand.

@DRaGZ: I've heard that he's got mild aspergers and liked to study insects as a child. That would certainly account for his creating something like Pokémon.

Yeah, take it off, baby! You know I like 'em large.

I may be mistaken, but I believe Miyamoto initially got an interview with Nintendo because of a relative who knew Yamauchi.

@surft: I've heard that that dude comes off in person as being a little bit crazy.

@fernandosolano: I'm 24, so I know what you feel about everyone trying to cash in on our childhood. It's not necessarily the merchandising of 80's/90's franchises that bothers me; what really bugs me is how tastelessly it's done.

@opazhman: Attention anyone who owns one of these shirts: I'll give you a billion dollars for it, no questions asked.

@Cake Tank!: Apparently not. I just don't see how a kid is supposed to trust someone who has assaulted them despite knowing they were unable to defend themselves.

@PhoenixDog: Punishing a kid who does something wrong is an important part of raising a child. However, there are plenty of acceptable ways to do so without resorting to violence; there's no way to justify physically assaulting someone who is incapable of defending himself. As far as I'm concerned, beating a child is

@R_Shackelford: Punishment does not constitute theft. Taking someone else's property without permission constitutes theft, regardless of whether that someone is a minor.

@BeerManMike: Parent who hit their kids should be executed.

@ShamanNY: Hopefully he'd call the cops after that. Anyone who hits a child has failed at being a decent human and needs to be removed from society.

@R_Shackelford: If he bought it with his own money, it's his. Taking something that belongs to another person without permission, and refusing to return it, constitutes theft.

@Mr.Waffleton: Hey, us EarthBound folks are a dedicated bunch, but not unreasonable! Well, maybe some of us are pretty unreasonable...but not dangerously so!

@Cake Tank!: Then he'd have plenty of reason to call the cops.

Perhaps I don't fully understand the way the courts work in this regard... if one judge is out, is it not possible for another judge to fill in for him?
