In Michigan there are no emissions regulations. If you can get it to move under its own power and it has basic safety equipment you can blast down the road until your heart is content. Michigan is awesome.

Someone please post the video from last year where it was car after car sliding down a hill (video taken from front porch of house) and the final truck comes FLYING by and it looks like he is going to make it and at the last second loses it. I can't find it and have wanted to watch it again.
