Yeah I'm convinced from running round that town for a bit as to that being how they pulled it off, although it could be any building and not just a campsite. The glitch there would have been caused by a ceremony by the bridge.

Well there does appear to be a glitch which causes river squares to become traversable if you build the campsite at a bend in the riverbank, then have an opening ceremony. Perhaps that might be how it was pulled off.

You had me worried there. For a moment I thought the code would unlock on-disc DLC that fixes the physics engine, reduce monotony and add in Slenderman-style scarecrows.
