I mean, it’s possible. But I think it’s telling that neither of them have the Darth honorific, even after Ben Solo changed his name when he turned to the dark side.

I doubt they cast her based solely on her physical similarity to Natalie Portman. I just really hope she is not a relative of any main character we’ve seen before. Not everyone HAS to be related to someone else, especially when we already have a Skywalker descendant in the films.

The Force is very strong with her, yes. But Kylo had also just received a direct hit from a Wookiee Bowcaster, which as we’ve seen pretty much blows normal people away. He was bleeding and wounded, and Kylo has been shown to have a tendency to freak out and lose focus when he’s angry. Kylo was by no means at the top

Nah. Ren handily fended off all of Finn’s strikes, and Finn’s one hit he got on him was lucky. Then Ren easily dispatched him. I’d bet anything Finn isn’t Force sensitive.

Not at all.

Kylo Ren and Snoke aren’t Sith. JJ confirmed this before the movie came out.

But we already have a Skywalker descendant: Ben Solo. We don’t need another one, and I don’t see any reason to believe Rey is Luke’s daughter. That would be really stupid.

I hope she’s not related to any of the main characters. We already have one Skywalker descendant, we don’t need another.

Precisely. She even says this in the film, so I don’t know why people keep bringing this up.

Pretty sure it was just a rock.

Kes Dameron is the guy’s name, they’re Poe’s parents.

In fact, I’m pretty sure in the film Finn charges Kylo first.

Yeah, we never saw the Knights of Ren outside of that, so I’m betting that’s future as well.

You’re talking about something entirely different. The trailer showed Maz handing the saber to LEIA, not Rey. Maz and Leia never meet in the final film.

“I was raised to do one thing” was in the film, was it not? When Finn was talking to Rey in Maz’s castle. The second half of the line in the trailer definitely was not in the film, though.

The shot of him popping up was in the film, and they probably just stretched the first part of the shot a bit for the trailer to make his pop-in more surprising.

Are you sure this shot in the trailer shows her going into the Star Destroyer? I don’t think it does. This shot was in the film, when she came out of this exact nacelle.

I’m like 95% certain this speech was not in fact re-recorded for the trailer. They just added reverb to the existing lines from RotJ and switched up the order (“you have that power too” came before the other lines in ep VI).

So you’re just ignoring the fact that if Ramsay married Sansa, raping her is *exactly* what he would do? That it’s completely and 100% in-character for him to do that? I would have found it weird if he *didn’t*, to be honest.
