Well to be fair, there are some black people who also don't like it when black people use the word either.

HEY STINKOMAN
Yeah, needs more Koopa the Quick!!!!!
I would prefer it on the screen because I wouldn't have to completely look away from the TV to see the map, which almost always results in me crashing.
What makes you say that?
All good! But yeah, I really hate people who bullshit for the sake of popularity, but I also hate exclusive fandoms. When a group of people who share an interest actively drive away new people, it makes no sense to me. They're a whole different level of hipsters.
I'm not saying people should go around "outing" people as fake fans. All I was saying is that it's easy to tell the difference between people pretending and people who are still new to a fandom and don't know much about it. I hate it when fandoms act all exclusive and drive off new potential fans. It's horrible and…
I didn't say derided. Sorry if my terminology implied otherwise, but I wasn't defending the practice of bashing people who don't know much about a subject. What I meant by "called out" was more like "corrected." I believe inclusion is the best thing for fandoms, which unfortunately tend to be exclusive instead. All I…
It's all about attitude. Someone who doesn't know much about something but is trying to participate in discussion about it will usually be called out on their lack of knowledge pretty quickly. Then, you can gauge them based on their reaction. Someone pretending to be a fan in order to fit in will usually get all pissy…
I feel that it actually isn't too awesome to be true. Outside of being extremely procedurally-generated, existing in a large universe (both of which we already know are possible) and the ability to fly directly from the surface of a planet, up through the atmosphere to space, we don't really know much about the rest…
Oh, you mean on stage demos in general. Ok, yeah I get ya.
I definitely agree on the hesitance to get hyped about games due to being burned in the past, I'm just confused about what you're calling BS. The on stage demos weren't BS.
Where is it that everyone figured out they were BS? This is news to me. From all the articles I've read from people who have visited the studio and seen the game in development, everything was totally legit.
The difference is we're actually seeing a lot of the things No Man's Sky is being hyped over, instead of the proofs-of-concept stages that a lot of Spore's "revolutionary" ideas ended up getting scrapped at.

November 2013, eh?
Unfortunately being a sexist prick isn't exactly illegal.
Oh yeah, first race I did I was shaking the controller and pressing all the buttons trying to do wheelies and was very sad when I couldn't. :(
I wasn't looking for ground breaking gameplay changes. If you read my other comment, I said it's a fun game, and I love Mario Kart, so I will continue playing it. Just saying I was disappointed by a couple aspects of it (character list and lack of dedicated battle arenas), and I don't think it's a "best game" of any…
I love Mario Kart, and 8 is indeed gorgeous. The improved graphics are very welcome, and the new tracks are great. I guess my problems with it are mainly the poor character roster and lack of dedicated Battle Mode arenas. As for Evan's claim that if the Wii U turns around and starts selling more, people will point to…
