When I was younger, my mom would pay us to do housework (small sums, mind you). Once we got older, those things were expected of us. It worked well enough for us, I think.

Luckily I have my own office, and no one has caught me yet. I like to stretch while I watch TV too!

I don't like Crest either. Not only does Colgate taste better, my teeth are noticeably whiter.

It's just one thing I would have never thought of that totally makes sense. Might as well work out when you can! I try to to ten push ups every couple of hours while at the office to get my blood pumping and wake me up. My biceps have definitely shown a difference because of it.

That's a fantastic idea re: squats in the shower! A great way to wake up in the morning too.

Arm and Hammer toothpaste is the most disgusting toothpaste I've ever tried. So joke. And I know I'm being dramatic about toothpaste, but it's for your own good.
