I liked the message of the episode, which seems to have passed over the heads of a lot of people. The idea that commenting on things and being all mad or hating on things only serves to increase the popularity of the thing by increasing exposure. "It's not about content anymore, it's about the comments." It's true,

You know you are going overboard when even Godzilla is appalled.

I really dislike the dude, but that was a pretty tasteless way to put it.

So much douchebaggery in one comment. Not a fan of him but wow man, just wow.

This is not the droid you're looking for. I don't know what droid it IS, but it's clearly not R2D2.

I'm totally OK if this comment section becomes solely Tosh-bashing.

Ah yes, the old chestnut of nonverbal communication :)

Umm, I mean they don't make them like this anymore. These are some of my favourite characters. You understood the opposite of what I meant. Sorry I though that phrase was pretty universal amongst Anglophones.

I really loved the line work and overall style of the 80s and 90 too, the had so much character and could capture the real world so well

This a thousand times over. It may be due to the familiarity I have with the art style of the 80s/90s/early 00s and it's nuances, and my lack thereof of more modern anime. I'm generally left with the stale flavor of cookie cutter production. I may not be giving credit where credit is due, but I find it increasingly

They don't make 'em like they used to:

I still prefer the art styles from the mid 80s to the mid 90s. Few shows or manga have really spoken to me the way that character designs form artists like Haruhiki Mikimoto and Masamune Shirow have. More often than not Anime from the last five years comes across as terribly bland to me, visually.

I prefer the 90's designs... man, my old is showing.

I wonder how many angry e-mails Budlight with Lime and Prescott Pharmaceuticals are gonna get this week.
