Just got back from seeing it, myself. I’ve had a strange ride with the build-up to this movie.

I didn’t see Lucy. It looked potentially like a fun movie, but that every ad kept repeating over and over that “10% of the brain” nonsense just really turned me off. Could they not have found a way to tell the same or a very similar story without using that?
Ah, but I am too much of a completionest when it comes to watching things. If I ever do watch the show, I’ll wish to start at the beginning of what is available and watch through to the end, even if I know in advance some parts may be weaker than others. Thanks for the heads up, though.
TNG was the live Trek of my childhood. I was already a rabid fan via reruns of classic Trek, but I was 10 when TNG premiered and lapped it up. Classic will always be my favorite, and the complexity of storytelling in DS9 moved it into second place. But I still love me some TNG as well!
Yes, I know. I even mentioned his role as the opening narrator. And he had a third role you neglected to mention: the voice of the Cylon's Imperious Leader.
Aw, man. He’s dead now, too? It seems everyone is dying this year!
Damn it... Finally happening, and PS4... Call me old fashioned, but I am still more than happy with my PS3. I wonder what the odds of a PS3 release too, is? Probably shouldn’t get my hopes up...
If you have the briefcase set, you have the version that is the subject of this article. If you have any of the four or five disc sets released when the Final Cut came out, you have the version that is the subject of this article. (The omission in the four disc set was the disc with the workprint version.)
No, the Workprint version is a separate thing. So the five-disc version in a way almost has six versions of the film: Final Cut, U.S. theatrical cut, international theatrical cut, the 90’s “director’s cut,” the workprint version, and the deleted scenes edit.
I purchased one. Alas, one is the limit. It was rather convenient, in that after purchasing, I was able to transfer the funds to my existing physical card.

This is just the deleted scenes as presented on the Final Cut home video release.
They didn’t spend any time on an edit. This is how the deleted scenes were presented on the home video release of the final cut. And in that home video release, even with HD versions, the bonus discs were just DVDs. Hence, the SD resolution. So don’t blame the poster for that. Blame them for illegally posting content…
I'm sure it is only in 480 because this is just something illegially ripped from the home video release (and not assembled by the YouTuber as the article suggests) and the bonus features discs were only DVDs even on the Blu-Ray version of the set.
...but YouTuber Uchuu Daisakusen managed to make a completely different cut using just the B-roll from the film and takes that ended up on the cutting room floor.
I’d rather, even if they (hopefully) don’t contradict the audios, that they don’t directly reference them in such a way, either. I’d hate to see any fans who don’t listen to audios be alienated. It is one thing for McGann to rattle off a list of names prior to regeneration. Those could be anyone, as far as the average…
I’d love to see Susan back! I just hope that, on the off chance it happens, they keep vague when the last time they saw each other was, so that people who only have watched the show can assume it to be The Five Doctors, but without contradicting her appearances in some of McGann's Big Finish audio adventures.
Anything by Garrison Keillor. Aside from full cast audio dramatizations (such as World War Z) any other book I’d rather read for myself. But Keillor’s brand of storytelling is best enjoyed hearing it in his voice.
The puns... The bad puns!
I’m not currently following any of the DC properties. I guess I’m still wallowing in the Christopher Reeve-y goodness of the past. (And I’m also working on rewatching Smallville.) But I don’t get this news...
And Liv caused it all herself.
