I LOVE THIS ALBUM! Soundtrack to my childhood as well as Phill Lynnots last hurrah!

Last year young man in his early 20s violently raped an old women in her 70s. She was in hospital for 2 weeks. He was on bail for six months before trial. Being a small community people have been surprisingly sympathetic to him. Many wanted to understand why. They tried to stay friends with him because they thought it

I’m sorry but if they’re willing to risk the crime of rape then the crime of using a prostitute wouldn’t be an issue for them... Prostitutes are also more likely to be raped than any other demographic so I don’t think it really makes much of a difference if ‘consensual’ sex is available or not.

The premise reminds me a bit of my own life.

Yeah the Nazis were very anti discrimination. Sigh.

NORTHERN Irish Bakery. Different country. The Republic would like to be very clear on that.

Any of you guys heard of Marina Bychcova?

Now playing

You know what I think of when I see graphic scenes of rape and torture in TV? I think of this scene in Supernatural and how effective it was. Devastating and without any violence or even real description. Sam is a good enough actor that he could have pulled something like that off.

The flashbacks could have been a lot less protracted thats for sure. It was like being hit in the face with sledgehammer where a slap would have sufficed.

I really don’t know what to think about DG after reading the book. The gleeful way Jamie gets repeatedly pounded on by fate seems over the top. Much worse than the show. The show is actually restrained by comparison.

yeah I’m very conflicted about it. They could have come to all the same conclusions without it. And it taught us nothing new. It actually felt like sadistic writing to me. having said that... The acting was astounding. And that conversation in Gaelic was the best part of the episode IMO.

Jesus! If one of these guys gets the Pox they're ALL in trouble!

To be fair though at least they removed a lot of the problematic/idiotic stuff from the last chapter of the book. This was awful but at least it felt true to life.

That was horrible. I’m not sure if it taught us anything new either.

Me too. Its what got me interested in writing. One of the best defences of fantasy I’ve ever read.

Childhood Flashback! Rackham FTW!

Do people really think that birth control is Illegal in Ireland?

Also that vote. Travistey that it was was 23 years ago when most of us were too young to vote. stop blaming us for something we couldn’t control.
