This is anecdotal but of my close girlfriends 1 in 5 is pretty much right on the nose.

It depends on how and why the list is being kept. If it's just to remember, then that's fine. If it's just because the person really likes lists, then that's weird but fine. Most other reasons seem sort of shitty to me.
