Its a lot less funny, though.
It is extremely difficult to do live action anime or videogame adaptations without looking like a lame high school production.
Orton pulls an Obama.
You can't really spend too much time being angry about how white people white on facebook or youtube. Its just what happens.
Good god this is terrible. Here I was hoping for a delightful bouncy surprise like maybe Radiata Stories soundtrack. Ugh I've been had.
How terrible, most JRPGs are god awful. The beauty and majesty that is Valkyria Chronicles is a big outlier. These calls for ALL THE JRPGs is what happened in the heyday of the PSX, and it is what killed the JRPG market in the US due to an influx of crappy, generic games. Or do I need to remind you of this:
Is Hanzo Japanese? I think he might be from Japan, but also Japanese.
I don't even follow hockey, but I found this to be funny.
Please, Drew, tell me I can hate Russell Wilson with a clear conscience.
Japanese game development will always devolve into this awful form of doujinshi fanservice, it seems. The continued Tony Taka-ing of a once proud and industrious industry. Such a shame too, the Fatal Frame games were among my favorites of all time. But then, so was the Shining series (up to Shining Force 3).
And yet, they still feel that they haven't fucked this series to death, yet.
Your faith in Final Fantasy must have been as solid as adamantium before, because this shit looks asinine. I guess the game is centered around a j-rock idol band straight from Johnny's and their quest to cruise along a highway Queens of the Stone Age style, looking super KAKKOI in a pimped out muscle car straight out…
Radiata Stories was awesome fun. I loved kicking random people and getting into brawls. I loved the different music in different parts of the city (and I especially loved the Song of the Freedom Fighters theme that played in the soldier district... Iwadare killed that soundtrack). The combat was actually FUN... as in…
Star Ocean 2 was pretty awful. Its all in the story and characters, just truly bad stuff. Its a shame, the Deep Space Nine style intro got me really excited about playing a sci fi space themed RPG when i first popped this into my Playstation. I don't think I've ever been let down harder, faster.
One of my absolute favorite pieces of music, across games and film and all else. Christopher Tin really knocked this out of the park, and this is one the best covers of it I have yet to hear.
You know that Square Enix games have a certain look.
I think its high time someone started a Kickstarter to buy SEGA. Only need to raise a couple billion, I think we could do that with some neat perks.
No, the SEGA we see now is an ironic, Twilight Zone-esque nightmare spawned by the Saturn age.. an age in which Sega went for an entire generation of hardware without delivering a true Sonic game. Sega nerds everyone cried out in agony and rage as we watched Mario flourish in beautiful 3D, as we watched Sony…
This is truly something special.
