Aloy’s quest however is straight up an event quest so its availability is going to end when the festival ends. It will however pop up every now and then.

Also, if you get the bleed status you can chow down some Astera Jerky to instantly cure it OR crouch(press the dodge button while standing still) for a while(you can move around while crouched, it will still heal the status effect).
