Getting out of the lease early is going to be stupid expensive, negating any benefits you’ll get from the slow market.

That said, if you want to get out because you don’t like the car, try swapping your lease to someone else. You get someone else to take over the car and payments, and you are then free to purchase the

If I had more money than sense, I’d find a way to get the Porsche 3.8 into a Toybaru. Keep the low CG, add displacement and drop the FA20 off a cliff.

It tastes like Red Bull. I certainly wouldn’t describe it as tasty, but it’s not terrible either.

Unobtanium for us Americans, unless you just want to let it sit and rot for 19 years or risk it getting crushed by the Feds.

My thought is 200lb-ft of torque is about a 30% increase over the current car, and if the dip is gone... it’ll feel more like a 50% increase.

Anyway, Flipping it would certainly also be attractive, but I don’t see how you do that in a modern engine without a turbo. 250lb-ft of torque would require ~3.3L of

$42k feel like a lot of scratch for a non-V8 mustang, but then I have to ask what’s the competition in this price range? It’s cheaper than say an M240i, more powerful than a Golf R, and the Focus RS it pulls its engine from isn’t available in the states anymore.

Fuck that torque dip. It made the FR-S feel slower than the heavier and slightly less powerful Civic Si I replaced with it.

4/5 reasonable suggestions?! What is going on here? My only complaint is you practically recommended the same car twice with the Stinger and G70. On the other hand, you recommended the excellent G70, which seems to tick all the boxes.

The i3 is RWD and has a good amount of cargo room with the rear seats down. You can get a model with the range extender which is some insurance for when the battery eventually starts losing a significant amount of capacity.

I’ve seen decent examples listed for $13k. Yeah, it’s about twice as much as an old Leaf but

Big grills are in.

BMW’s trademark is the kidney grill

Is driving the right wheels, which is a big improvement over the Bolt.

I am ALL ABOUT that 3 door Defender

I can’t get over the fact that the car looks like a bad Fiero bodykit. Probably NP, but I wouldn't touch it

I agree. The decision was a no brainer for the Honda Beat. I had it shipped even though I flew out there to see and drive the car myself before buying. I fit in it, but not well enough to even contemplate the 1500 mile drive.

I would buy a Cadillac despite the fact that it’s a Cadillac. The brand has it starting from behind in my mind.

They had a good run when they first started putting out well designed vehicles like the CTS, and then offered the bonkers CTS-V ... but they seem to be moving backwards again. Ah well, one less brand to

Yeah, but twice as much. The base 911 starts at 97k, and the Turbo is 161k, and there’s a lot more difference there than there will be between the Taycan base and Turbo models.

Or .... Bear with me here:

Short answer from a friend that owned one: the fuel economy sucked for how much power it had.

I have not. I didn’t realize that was a thing! I have a 2017 i3, this must be a relatively new development.

I will happily give my money to the manufacturer to come up with a good hybrid touch/tactile interface. Think iDrive but with a touch screen.
