Bode Miller is from NH if I recall correctly. Perhaps not residing there any longer.

New Hampshire... live free or mock the kid who sucks at it

First thing I thought of when I saw that profile...

Given the choice, it would be Koenigsegg; however, even though Weismann filed for bankruptcy last year, I love their building and would love to visit it...

Once I finished reading the interior section I came down here to say something along these lines.

About 600 made, though I think only about 500 made it to market before going under. I've seen a few of them floating around the Boston area.

Well, yes, I just remember saying someone paid nearly same amount for a new window as they did for the car (pre-restored). So they either got a steal on the car or the window was ridiculously priced. Just something that stuck with me from when I was younger...

Inexpensive to fix except for the rear window if I recall correctly. Break that and it is one expensive piece to have replaced on the Sonett II (3-cyl, 2-stroke) and Sonett V4.

Yeah, while I agree many are great engines, few are actually new or novel in the last 20 years. I thought the list would incorporate a few more new from the ground up within the last 20 years candidates.

Now playing

Though technically not in production (yet) what Koenigsegg did with the old SAAB 2.3 in making a camless engine has to be up there. I'll leave it to CVK to discuss...

Yup, one of my favorites. Right up there w/ Bugs and Florida.

One that was brought to my attention was the SAAB 92H motor home. Never knew about it until someone bet me that it existed... I lost.

Alright, I'll consider my nomination of Taft and the Baker Electric a runner up. Good list overall!

Time for a barbie on the court...

President Taft - First president to introduce the automobile as the official White House transportation. First cars included two Pierce Arrows, a Baker Electric, and a White Steamer.

Now illegal in CT as of Jan 1 if I recall correctly. Saw someone pulled over for that after the storm shortly after new years.

Oh man... the old Charles River Saab location... Forgot they moved to Village Volvo last time I had to have some work done and mistakenly went to this location.

Agreed, like the NG 9-5 as well, but I too couldn't find a good night time picture of them.

Except that a CTS-V starts at something like £67k in the UK, or well over $100k equivalent.
