Couldn’t agree more. Never thought I’d find cute animals gifs so inappropriate, out of place, and disrespectful to the interviewed victims. And advocating for colonialism (my personal favourite: “It was the West that decided that slavery was immoral”) makes me feel even more depressed after reading this story.

Only on this white feminist website would you get people advocating for colonialism instead of actually showing sympathy with the victims.
