Agreed. I've been in the situation where I couldn't pay some of my guys on time. I've always told them ahead of time, and made it up to them the next period (sooner if possible). They were ok with that.

If it's all about sales, marketing and promotion then this makes sense if that's your job. If you're in the accounting department looking up your old ex, then you're wasting time

I haven't watched a football or baseball game without a laptop surfing the net in the last 13 years. Tried it once without while visiting my dad and got all twitchy about 15 minutes in. I just can't stand the sitting and waiting for something to happen in those sports.
