God, Escape Velocity, that takes me back. So many hours playing and modding it, kinda miss that style of game (and no, stuff like Elite Dangerous just doesn’t scratch that itch for me).

Nah. He’s got an army backing him up and all, they’re presenting him like he’s going to be the excuse for a lot of the open world combat encounters (like Mr. Negative in the first game). He’ll be a boss for at least a couple story arcs, probably influencing Peter’s decision to more actively embrace the Symbiote suit.
So, its a Sony Steam Deck.
So, when do ya’ll think Kraven is going to be supplanted by Venom and/or Green/Hobgoblin as the main villain of the game, a third of the way through? Two thirds?
I’m not super-confident that Tanalorr will suddenly become a major element of Star Wars in the future to explain where all the Jedi went.
To be fair, that was brought up in-story, with it being one of the motives for a certain character’s actions. We don’t have an answer to that yet, but it does sound like something that may be explored in the future.
While true that other automakers are also struggling with self driving, it’s important to note that solving this problem is also not necessary for society to continue running. Furthermore, it must perform better than human drivers if it is to gain wide acceptance. Ever since the Uber incident these companies have…
Folks need to understand something that’s kinda important about AI: There is a limit to improvements.
Aye, that’s a good point, and while I’m doubtful about how many people will have bought the Deluxe edition ($20 is a lot for a half-week of early access, a battle pass, and some trinkets), let alone the Ultimate edition, those are also the people most likely to pound the servers on minute one...
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAA...
Is there going to be a genre for these games that isn’t just “open world checklist”? Because, given that this is Ubisoft, those are a whole lot of open world checklist games that would be coming up then...
No, there’s not, and frankly I find it a fascinating narrative decision to not revert the power to basic Force Slow after the big sequence. You never have to again, and its not going to be a power that you’d make a core part of your gameplay anyway... but its a serious power-up, and it says some interesting things…
I mean, it depends on how you define an MMO. One could argue that Fortnite is effectively an MMO, and the upcoming Diablo 4 has a whole lot of MMORPG energy in it.
God, this fight was a pain in the ass. By this point in the game you probably have a preferred lightsaber style that isn’t Cere’s, you’re limited to only 4 heals, and Vader does a LOT of damage in the right circumstances.
Given the hardware the game is pigeonholed to and the technically impressive nature of the game itself, it’s performance is pretty commendable.
This seems... pretty solid, honestly.
The problem I’ve had with the bosses is that, even if you’re out of OHK range, you still need to heal, and healing can get interrupted REALLY easy, and they can go from one punishing combo to another shockingly fast.
The PC port is less “hot garbage” and more “Russian Roulette”.
This is just a common factor of PC gaming, technical issues can vary wildly depending on hardware, OS set-ups, and countless other factors. I’ve been having a little trouble here and there with the performance (the holotable is particularly nasty), but nothing too common.
That’s how you know it’s a classy joint.
