A couple years after college, I’m still waiting tables. I walk up to a table that just got sat, introduce myself, and realize that it’s the guy who bullied me in high school. I’m waiting tables. He’s wearing a suit, looking smug, and asking me for refills. It was horrible.

While it may also be a good vocabulary tool for an English class, the "Feelings Wheel" was actually developed as a therapy/counseling aid. I believe this one is a variant that does indeed focus on finding the right words for your emotions.
