You are right my friend! When Clash of the Titans was remade i had no desire to see it because I knew it was no comparison between the CGI and Harryhausen's original work. This is a great loss...

It is jerky, but still better than cgi. With computers we can make the stop motion better and more realistic on screen. Fact its a model means the lighting is more realistic to cgi. I really dont get when you see some movies that have crap cgi that cost millions of pounds and i wonder how? Why they cost that much?…
