As a long time Warhammer Fantasy and 40K player, I would have disagree. The game doesn't translate well into a RPG (hence the fact that any of the RPG games have had multiple publishers and have fallen out of print for years at a time). They are better off sticking to RTS/TBS games for the Warhammer IPs.

Warhammer Online was an abject failure. Dark Age of Camelot is a long running MMORPG (that is still running). He is pointing out the failures as to why it is shutting down.

I haven't had any problems with it, although after that debacle that was GTA Online and how bad it is, I have no desire to turn on the Online functions and have to deal with the same level of morons.

Having played the beta and an MMO player pretty much since their existence and I can tell you there is nothing worth 15 bucks a month plus a 60 dollar buy-in. Save your money and play it when it goes free to play in 6 months to a year.
