If you do so in Michigan, then by all means up here in Edmonton we need to use the full synthetic stuff.  Minus 40 is minus 40 in both Celsius and Fahrenheit, and it simply doesn’t allow regular oil to flow.

You may or may not notice that the Evo and RS don’t exist anymore.

If you think that this:

Hi, that’s me (40yr old with kids).. at least near enough. This thing is fucking ugly. Yes it’s not powerful enough. Not much more is needed.. probably another 50-60 hp.. but more is definitely needed. But even if the power was right.. I couldn’t bring myself to buy this ugly hunk of fake vented plastic.

The current WRX recommends 91, not 87.

They had this design the whole time? And instead chose... something else?

Sigh. I can’t even bring myself to hate the design. Cladding, puckered asshole of a rear...whatever. At least it looks like it will be available in a couple of actual colors.

I mean it still does lmao.

Remember When Subaru produced this gem of a concept, but then said “lets make the story of the ugly duckling, but Benjamin button it”?

Holy fucker of fucks this angle makes it look extra awkward.

Seriously, they have the Levorg. They can just put a manual in it and be done.

Hey now, once you’re used to the stretch it’s comfortable in here!

At least they continued their tradition of “Let’s never get the proportions right.

I really don’t know what they were thinking with the cladding. It’s 100% awful. The car would look so much better with the lower front and rear valance and the sides as body colored.

This feels like a phoned-in effort that’s basically a step away from saying “screw this, we’re all-in on SUVs”, which would be sad given Subaru’s place in history as a purveyor of affordable AWD automobiles.

I really don’t understand why they can’t/don’t put this drivetrain in a Crosstrek, and then leave the WRX free from the cladding.

VA... where they’ll arrest you for merely possessing a radar detector.

For me - as a civil engineer working in transportation - it’s our undying need to put in a traffic signal or a 4-way stop where a roundabout is really the perfect solution. Do any amount of driving in Europe outside the main city centers, and you almost never come to a stop, you just flow from roundabout to

The middle states that are almost as big as western states, but that still make you go 55-60 are the WORST. Looking at you Ohio and Pennsylvania.

I spent a good part of my life living in Germany and what always amazes me is how bad Americans are at driving.
