Built by TWR, and it actually had a V12 engine not that V6 crap that disappointed so many prospective XJ220 buyers.

Nissan built...2.

Definitely not a flop.

Came to post NSX, see I’m far from the first.

Government regulations are destroying the auto industry, bit by bit.  Depressing.

Great write up!

A little disappointed you didn’t mention the manufacturing standards and body panel gap tolerances. The panel gaps were apparently very very tight for the day, better than anyone else. I also think the original looked better than the mid-model revision (this car).

hehe, did you also point out that half their sedans are just rebadged Nissans?

I was referring to your 91 octane fuel.  As to car expense, I was mainly referring to auto insurance, fuel cost and maybe prop tax/registration/inspection fees (i don’t know about those).

One has to wonder how bad management is (everywhere) in the auto industry, that whenever there’s a slight decline in demand everyone is fucked.  Exactly how bad at business are these companies?

Right, just rebrand the JDM Skyline sedan the Maxima.  Car has (for a while) too much overlap with the Altima.

How are you leaving out how expensive it is to own a car in CA?  And the shit fuel?

What’s the best type of vehicle to own in Montana (western MT)?  I feel like an STI hatchback would be a good fit?

If you live and work in RTP I’d imagine you don’t have much traffic issues.  I live in Raleigh and work in RTP and the frustration of driving on I-40 daily makes me want to burn the world down, lol.

He said so in his post (lol).  Use Robbinsville as your central point, and look around there (for reference Robbinsville is about 90 minutes west of Asheville).

LOL, good joke. It possibly could be, were it not for the overly intrusive state government. But that’s a big nope.

Traffic around here is a nightmare. Infrastructure is so far behind it’s a joke. All the local governments are guilty of negligence in this respect, but they don’t care as long as northerners keep moving down and bringing their money. It’ll continue until qualify of life here is just as bad as other places.

Wow, that’s insane (never have owned a domestic).  And I thought imports were a PITA to deal with when ordering...

Configurator broken?  I only see one transmission choice.

China - always interesting how nobody seems to care about their actual concentration camps.
