To be fair, despite lots of DLC, this game still does have the highest in-game, unlockable costume count of any DOA ever.

Everyone seems to be getting different results from that. Some people transferred the DLC just fine, others had like ~80% of it transfer properly, some transferred it all except for Tina's nurse outfit (for some reason, this one outfit seems to be giving people a lot of trouble).
