I’m not aware of a cancelled sequel, just the ground-up remake that Microsoft canned last year.

...it’s worth nailing, despite all the trouble.

Amazon had only nabbed some one-off shows like Kabaneri. But I suppose if they’d caught wind of some rumblings from the Japanese side about Amazon’s long-term plans it might’ve been a preemptive move.

Drakengard, which I’ve owned for years but never played. Was all aboard the hype train for Nier: Automata, but wanted to play the previous game first, so I ordered that and while waiting for it to arrive, remembered I owned the original Drakengard, so I pulled that out and... I’m actually having a lot of fun with it.

I was thinking the same thing, but there are a few gameplay segments that are easy to pick out.

I love stuff like this. On another note though, it’s almost scary how much this Ollie guy looks like a friend of mine, just a little more built and with less acne. Nose, eyebrows, hair, and the shape of his face are, like, a near-perfect match. I did a double-take as I scrolled past the thumbnail.

Their in-house production arm has temporarily shut down. The company as a whole still exists though and has continued to collaborate on outside projects.

No need to hope, that’s guaranteed. This is an Omega Force game.

Looks like Fast Racing Neo, or a successor, which was an indie-studio’s attempt to fill the F-Zero void. Knowing people wanted this, but clearly not willing to make a proper F-Zero game themselves, Nintendo actually pushed it pretty hard (relative to other indie games) when it came out and even featured it

That’s a really old comic, to be fair. And was just a one-off tie-in with a video game. Hardly worth judging the entire medium on.

In addition to what Jason said, an Atlus rep said that they were so impressed with the final JP product that they’re now putting in twice the effort to make sure the English version is up to par, noting that they even brought the voice actors back in to record previously unvoiced lines. Now, whether that means the JP

That’s too bad, but I take it you didn’t make it very far? It doesn’t stay like that for long. I’m quite fond of the show, and I freely admit that Season 1 is rather lackluster in several areas, and perhaps a little too silly for it’s own good. It often seems to turn off people who might be more impressed with the

Nora from RWBY. She’s had a three year head-start on Boop-ing people.

Not a proper one, but it does have the Mario Party-esque Amiibo Festival.

Actually, to make this just a little more confusing, while Back Cover ties in with Unchained X, it isn’t an adaptation, but rather, from what I understand, the story from a different perspective that you weren’t privy to as the player in the smartphone game. X and BC are like two sides of the same coin, hence the

They rarely develop specifically for the PC, but quite a few of their recent releases have been ported to PC.

Yeah, seems more thematically based. FoW did do Cthulhu mythos for awhile, didn’t they? Of course the other shorts could be more directly related lore/character-wise. Or maybe they’ll do the opposite and introduce the stuff from the shorts into the card game later.

It’s not. Nobody holds the rights to anything Zoids in the West anymore.

You’ll have to settle for the handful of times they’ve resurrected it for special occasions since it’s cancellation. Like the Tommy Wiseau interview during an airing of The Room and the April Fools marathon that was interspersed with new material of Space Ghost and crew in the recording booth. I’m surely forgetting a

Fair points, and while yes, most of both of their catalog’s are simply shows from the other anime companies, I was referring specifically to the small number of shows that Amazon and Netflix have started to circumvent the American anime companies and license exclusive streaming rights for directly from Japan.
