Out of about 60 games, I see at least 15 ports (more if Mortal Kombat, Call of Duty, Assasin's Creed, Supremacy MMA, Modnation, Super Stardust, and afew others turn out to be ports, but we don't know enough about those yet to tell)

Actually there is. The guy is just sitting in the toilet. He was probably put there intentionally to freak out anybody who tried to peek. But if you crouch and look through the glory hole (or just noclip through the stall) you'll see that there is actually a woman crouched down in front of the hole.

Who was that character at 0:57? Those lightsaber-sword-thingys were pretty cool.

IIRC it also includes klassic costumes for Sektor and Reptile. But yeah, its still kinda pricey. But I have no doubt they'll sell them all as a bundle once the last character comes out. That would probably be priced more reasonably.
