for a pair of guys ‘just trying to understand me’ it’s telling that you really want to pry into what my politics might be while absolutely refusing to engage in the one and only point i offered about the topic at hand: you cant compartmentalize art. We’re done here.

Not my logic, NPC. You’re arguing with a narrative, you’re not arguing with me or anything i said. You dont know anything i think of any of these issues because i never told you. I never even brought up trans communities or activism, you did. Haven’t said a word about it, though I have some sympathetic thoughts but

yeah i know he was probing so he could go ‘GOTCHA! Hahaha I am very intelligent!” It’s all bad faith, I ain’t playing. For the record, I ain’t spending time on your BS either. I didn’t mention anything about my politics, or beliefs. These are assumptions on your part. I am not telling you what I am because it amuses

i know a bad faith argument getting setup when i see it & i ain’t playing. what media (or mothers) I consume has nothing to do with my original statement you’re responding too, and my statement is just that: that when discussing art you can’t compartmentalize away things about its creation that makes you

I consumed your mom, bitch

this is classic dumb gamer thinking, isn’t it? that they can compartmentalize art somehow

i found the sense of a ‘big’ galaxy was quite fake in ME1. like, you could see the wizard behind the curtain, with lots of cookie cut warehouses and mako landscapes. I much preferred Mass Effect 2's approach with fewer, richer, more detailed locations. DE:I was a cey good game but their faux open world approach was a

I know a folk running that project, ME2's reinvention and resulting success was something that gave them a lot of pause.

Dragon Age fans could not even agree what Dragon Age’s combat is. Origins was essentially heavily MMO influenced, DA:I much more action oriented. I would argue that both combat system just work’ well enough to wrap some action and gameplay around the narrative storytelling around relationship mechanics. Competant but n

Unfortunately some of the jerks who insisted ME1 was the best were the people put in n charge of Andromeda. I shit you not. That was the pitch. ‘Fulfill the promise of ME1,” while sneering at ME2, one of the best games of all time.

Games that early dont look sexy. Things are constantly iterated on, try to take for a grain of salt. Also..

Should look up what Relic did with Dawn of War, Dawn of War 2, Company of Heroes... All those games were running on different ancient network architecture (Gamespy, in Dawn of War's case) - all of those games were patched to run on modern network architecture to ensure they remained playable. In Dawn of War's case it

you have to play the game. imagine someone destroys a critical card on the board and then sends that emoji twice.

Its not racism dude. It's that the emoji is a smug troll face. When you’re a victim of a big play or sabotage to your strategy, this emoji becomes a taunt pretty easily.

It is toxic. That shit eating grin. Troll face. “Look what I did.” stabs me into my soul when it happens. thanos is toxic too.

hogwartz legacy IS an unforgiveable curse

unironically katie embodies mortie

I don’t get this sentiment. Roiland is a mediocre voice actor and there’s nothing about his Rick and Morty performances that isn’t replaceable. More iconic performances from more talented actors have had their characters go on without them.

Al games are held together with duct tape
