The only problem is that I was waiting for him to end the commercial with “Maximum Derek!”

“Olyphant’s delivery of his line to the annoyed Eleanor (“I don’t have a dog in this fight little lady, Im just lookin for clarity.”) is easily one of the biggest laughs of the series.”

This didn’t land for me at all as someone who’e never seen Justified. “One of the biggest laughs of the series”? Not even close.

I can’t really remember the last time The Good Place made me laugh a lot.

too bad that you didn’t get “Mothers and Sons” or “Stamps from Arount the World

Your statement vis-a-vis Live checks out.

People who think addiction is just about will power piss me off. I’ve got some experience with addiction. Fortunately, opiates were never one of them. I’ve taken them for weeks on end after surgeries, and even not after surgeries, and stopped without ever getting a craving. I quit cigarettes without much trouble too.

Been going to the supermarket at about 9am nearly every Sunday for the last 20 years. Nearly empty on the way in, starting to get crowded (but not yet at the registers) on the way out.

Don’t be silly. From one of the related articles to the trade story on ESPN’s site:

Voting is slacktivism. The House is gerrymandered so much that it worsens obtuse radicalism with each cycle. The notion of each state having equal repreaentation in the Senate is so outmoded that it has become the downfall of the nation. And the electoral college is antithetic to the very notion of democracy. And it

Maybe I missed it, but I dont think the author is arguing for not voting. They’re saying that Lynch’s valid points about his community’s history and needs were ignored by two old white men who think they know better than him.
