Making them did one thing, at least. As I did with the PS4 on waiting and winding up getting the Pro which gave me better framerate performance that I wanted, I plan on waiting for the mid-generation refreshes before I consider getting one of the new consoles.

Can’t have another PC license on the same FFXIV account as a Steam license, so it’s about the same situation. You can have a PS4 license on the same account though. It’s also why I generally recommend against getting FFXIV through Steam, since there are more options for purchase outside of the Steam environment for

I couldn’t stand her English voice acting. I promptly switched over to Chinese and have enjoyed her much more and actually quite like her as a sidekick character. The writing is fine, just got annoyed by the English presentation. Plus I get to sorta practice my very rusty Chinese, so win win.

I got Assassins Creed Odyssey for free from beta testing it, so I’ll remember it for that.

Having a library built into the service gives it a leg up over Stadia, though the controller isn’t really innovative since that’s what Stadia is already doing (or at least, that’s what I remember them saying since I haven’t bothered to look much into it). Twitch integration makes sense and gives them a large platform

I liked Spider-Man well enough, but it’s not a must have for me. Demon’s Souls teasing me with a PC release made me think I wouldn’t have much interest in a PS5 for quite a while, but that turned out to be false. Still won’t get a PS5 at launch and will probably wait for the refreshes like I did with the PS4, but very

Absolutely interested with Yoshi-P being involved with this, and definitely getting FFXIV vibes which has had the best FF story in a long time (in my opinion). So looking forward to what comes out of this.

I’m apparently not very familiar with GoW musical theming, because at first I thought the music was Pirates of the Caribbean and I was wondering why that would be their end reveal hah.

So you won’t be able to play games directly off of it, but have they said anything about using a regular old USB hard drive for acting as a storage solution? Something you can move things back and forth to without having to fully re-download?

Oh yeah, and there’s nothing wrong with that. More me wishing I had it as a kid heh or that I could really enjoy it now. Which I probably could, but not quite in the same way I feel.

Would have loved this as a kid. Not something I’d be super interested in now, as neat an idea as it is, but glad to see them experimenting with it.

You can calibrate it, so you can tone it down more to what you want out of it. Might just have it calibrated to too high of a setting if it’s not recognizing that you’re running. I’ve just kept it at the initial value it guessed for me, but might take some finagling. If it doesn’t work, doesn’t work though and that’s

Ring Fit is pretty great, though. Right type of game-ification to jumpstart me getting more exercise.

Should name it FF7R Disc 2, but that’d probably be confusing marketing wise.

While neat, it looks like it only holds one bag. That’s a bulky device for holding just one bag even if it sits on your arm. I’d rather just wad up some of the many bags I have stored away for re-purposing and put it in my pocket. Not really the point I guess, it’s a novelty piece of DIY tech, but still.

I wound up just relying on mostly rain for MeteoNook. Apparently I’m bad at judging cloud cover for the type of weather it is. Most non-rainy weather it’s only accurate for the first part of the hour, after that it starts to blend with whatever the weather will be on the next hour.

I’ve half had my eye out for a decent controller set up to play games (mostly emulators) on my phone. Usually remind myself that I probably wouldn’t actually play games on my phone that much, mostly just because I prefer to reserve my battery life for other things (and I now have a Switch to fill that mobile gaming

I’ve thought for a while that this kind of things would be the best use of game streaming, game demos and previews. End users would be able to quickly boot up a demo of interest and play through it without having to download. Bonus of added security for the developer with no concern for data mining and the like.

I generally prefer fishing in Animal Crossing games, so was a little sad to see when I flipped my tracking spreadsheet I made to July that there were only a few new fish for the month. Started playing last month and was sure to catch everything that was available in that month.

Probably one of those 3D element games that would be a pain to convert, but I would love to see Marble Madness with this.
