I heard him say that bulletproof glass will be available but not standard. You won’t be able to roll down windows with them but that’s to be expected.
“...bulletproof to almost all subsonic projectiles” does not necessarily mean “...will be penetrated by any supersonic projectile”. I get the silliness of the entire enterprise but I think you’ve reached past what he claimed.

We had this exact model when I was a kid, but baby blue. I remember getting in when it was off and turning on the lights to see the eyelids go up, and go up they did! But then turning them off left them up, and I got worried that I broke them. Of course, as soon as my mom used it next they corrected themselves.

Someone once said that the 2nd gen Mazda3 does have a smiling face, but it’s more of a “I’m going to assault you when you pass out” smile. Pretty dark, but it’s all I see when I look at them now.
