When I switched from full-sugar soda to zero calorie sodas, I dropped 10 pounds in a month. That was the only change I made.

Coke Zero is very good. I also like Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi. Fresca is okay for a while, but it gives me headaches if I drink it often. So I don't do that.

I'm a Coke Zero man myself. I say I drink diet soda, but I guess what I mean is that I drink Coke Zero or Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi. I don't know why diet Coke sucks so much compared to Coke Zero but it does.

I don't drink coffee or alcohol, smoke tobacco or do drugs. [Is Tylenol extra strength for occasional headaches a drug? Because, if so, I do drugs whenever I get a bad headache.]

Pardon? What's the difference? I always thought "action figure" was industry-speak for "doll for boys."

I'm a man and I appear on TV regularly [I'll be on tomorrow morning], though it is only local TV. It's not like I'm on Nightline. As far as appearances go, I generally don't make any effort I wouldn't make on any other normal work day. I go straight from the TV studio to my regular job. I wear a nice suit, but I wear

Absolutely fascinating, thanks for the interview.

I never found Leia remotely interesting as a character — Solo & Vader were the only truly interesting characters to me — but I know people who like Leia. Seems very strange there is no Leia doll/action figure.

You could be correct. I'm a man, but no one has ever accused me of having feelings. And they better not. I love my my dog, my family and basketball [possibly in that order] and that it. If your manfeelings are telling you that silly nonsense on a mostly-scripted "reality" show is a real problem, you might want to

The reverse - ladies stripping for The Bachelor - would have caused a Jez shitstorm with hundreds of replies crying misogyny, male gaze and rape culture. That is what I mean by double standards.

Jeebus, dude, get over it. Yes, it is objectification. No, it's not a problem. Yes, women do it all the time. Yes, men do it all the time. No, women, particularly feminists, are often not very honest about admitting it.

Hey, that's super-interesting, thanks. Unfortunately, none of it says anything about those leagues being utterly dependant on subsidies for their very survival. The receipt of subsidies does not indicate a complete dependence on them. After all, oil companies receive far more in subsidies than sports leagues do and

Not particularly funny — not sure if it was intended to be — but makes great points. Could have used a "straight pride parade" remark, though.

Yeah, but Dodgeball is timeless.

They both get subsidies, but the NBA would still exist without them. The WNBA would not.

Yeah, people call you a bigot because you are one. Stop being a bigot and that epithet will disappear from your life.

The WNBA is showing special recognition for its gay fans because they are such a huge part of their fan base. Without gays and subsidies from the NBA, the WNBA would have folded a year or two after it was created.

The diving in the NBA is a result of all the European and South American players who grew up influenced by soccer. Nobody dives like Anderson Varejao.

It's true, the WNBA survives on subsidies from its older brother.

The men's college game is not like the WNBA at all. The men's game is much, much faster. The shooting percentages are dismal in both, but the men's game is played at an entirely different speed than the WNBA. It's not even close.
