If you have a traditional PC setup where you sit in front of the monitor and don't mind a couple of feet of wires then yea, the Sennheisers are a better/cheaper option.

My Sennheiser 350's and 360's are cheaper than these Astros and both blow the Astro headset out of the water. Not sure why those were voted up.
