Thanks. The rock I live under is so heavy. Sometimes I miss stuff like this.

I work for Amazon and love working in an environment that values performance over years of existence. As well as one that doesn’t require me to pay a cut of my wage to an organization more concerned with the survival of its own dying model than my customer needs. Thank you for your populist effort to care for my needs

Our vegan running back thinks he’s Voltaire because his below average IQ is two standard deviations above anyone else in the locker room.

“There are no zoning laws. You can build a titty bar inside an elementary school.”

What a load. I’ve never seen someone try so hard to make old people happy. Raging against selfies makes you an asshole, not a hero.

Congratulations on getting out! It’s beautiful, and, if I recall correctly, boring as fuck. (Eagles training camp attendee for many years.)

My first stab at this post was “I Play Games Like a Teenage Girl.”

I’m half Chinese, half English, female. My experience was completely different.

It’s always interesting to read about the experiences of American minorities. I’m an Asian, and as such, might not be totally knowledgeable about how America handles the integration of difference races. Pardon me if I get anything wrong.

That’s the real lesson that adults got from following the kids of Peanuts — that irrational childhood fears and anxieties don’t magically disappear just because you get older. Each of the kids (and Snoopy) presented different ways that people confront (or deny) those fears. Charlie Brown wallowed in them. Lucy

At least bad dialogue is memorable and amusing. What I’m sick of is video game exposition.

“After the Chardra Renaissance, the Coven’s Revenant Protocol reclaimed the High Bridge for the Shadow Fold, but not without the loss of both Heaven’s Ford and Ravening, two of the Calicifer’s greatest Inquisitrons.”

I think you’re missing the point of the comic strip. The series wasn’t a collection of characters and jokes. It was Charles Schultz’s soul. Each character stood for a different part of Schultz’s personality and the experiences he had in life. What made it funny and relatable is because it wasn’t fantasy, it was real.

“Do you see how different this strip is from the one in 1955?”

Peanuts helped me realize that the kids, in general, are little assholes, when I was around 6 years old.

Brutaler.

Why would gender matter in an esports league?

This shouldn’t be any sort of “news” or something that stands out. No one thinks women couldn't be good at a game if they had genuine interest in it, and no one is making it more difficult for a woman to get in and advance. Making this a news item actually suggests that Kotaku writers didn't think up to to this point

Is it a requirement to have a stupid haircut? Seriously, all four of them...

And yet, there still isn’t an actual female player.

Does this mean Northwestern is going to abandon the traditional purple and employ a pinker tone?
