I have a question for the "Marty" name thing. When Marty first met Loraine, she assumed his name was Calvin Klein based on his underwear. Admittedly, it's been a while since I've seen BttF, but if I remember correctly, Marty just went with the "Calvin" moniker while he remained in the past.

@kozjegyzo: That's because half of new Android phones support avi and other universal formats out of the box. For the ones that don't, Rockplayer has been out for quite a while, and plays avi and a host of other open source file formats.

So how does Virgin provide personal TV sets and remotes for every single seat on it's planes, AND provide outlets for every single row on it's planes, AND manage to wrap their seats in leather (as opposed to worn down 1/20" thick cotton).

@douglobue: performance to price ratio. Hackintoshes, genrally speaking, are roughly 50-70% more value in that aspect.

@Tetsuooooooo: Depends on how you're measuring. My statement wasn't based on literal numbers as it is more real world extrapolation. Meaning, obviously there are more clueless PC users, because PC's still have the monsters share of the market, hence, more users to potentially be stupid.

This is hardly surprising, at least by my own warped theories about Apple users. Apple appeals to non-tech users, that's a given (not excluding people like us, but you know what I mean).

Don't forget, the reason why OS X is "cross platforming" with iOS is because Apple seems to be heavily invested in touchscreen interface across the apple product line, including Macs. (iMac touch).

@Wrathernaut: More recently, Evo 4G w/ Qik did NON-wifi video calling prior to iPhone 4. So yeah.....

@Les Mikesell: If I recall, when iOS 4 and Facetime were announced, Apple said it would be an openly available protocol. I even remember reading that Skype had plans to integrate Facetime compatibility. If that's true, then it's not really closed, 3rd parties are just slow to adopt.

@SKiTz: Because Skype mobile doesn't do video chat. Currently the 2 main go-to's on android are Qik and Fring. I'm assuming iOS Qik and Fring are cross platform compatible with Android. (could be wrong)
