I agree 100%. Not just about evernote, but about any "all-in-one" software. It's inevitable that any catch-all software will always make compromises to the functionality to accomodate everything, while doing nothing 110% exceptionally well.

Why would Apple owners want to hide the Apple logo, that's what they paid the 700 dollar premium for in the first place. The logo, and for PhotoBooth, which is why everyone knows why you initially dropped 2 grand on a Mac, but you're just ashamed to admit it.

Sorry to sound a bit mean, but duh! Job interviews are never about your resume or job skills. By the time you get to an interview, you're potential employer has already reviewed countless of resume's (esp. this day in age). Every single one of those resume's are just as sparkling and qualified as the next.
